Recently, a delegation of plantation owners and cultivation enterprises from Thailand visited our Danzhou demonstration base in Hainan, China, to inspect the real-world performance of the LET gas stimulation short-line tapping technology.
The delegation walked through the rubber plantation, observed evening tapping in action, and compared latex flow between LET-treated trees and trees under conventional tapping. Members expressed recognition of the panel recovery on short cut lines, seeing clear value in extending the economic life of rubber trees and improving working conditions for tappers.
After the visit, both sides held in-depth discussions on cooperation models for Thai plantations. Our demonstration bases remain open for scheduled visits — plantation owners from all regions are welcome.
Yield Data Draws Attention
During the visit, our technical team presented continuous yield records covering many years. With LET, dry rubber output increased 1-3x over conventional tapping, and the gains remained stable across consecutive years of application.
The delegation said it would organize more Thai plantation owners to visit in batches, helping bring the technology to Thailand.
